"Unfortunately, Glynn and his team cancelled and restarted my insurance policy without notifying me, leaving me unknowingly without home insurance for six weeks during spring 2025, while we were working on a major home renovation. Glynn did not respond to my calls asking for clarity on what happened, nor did he offer any sort of apology. Of course, I switch providers but am still in shock that he would completely ignore this."

"Sheryl, I am truly sorry to hear that you feel this way. I want to be clear that at no point was it my intention for you to feel ignored or unsupported. Throughout your renovation project, I reached out by phone and email multiple times, and when I wasn’t able to reach you directly, I followed up offering to set a time that worked for you. I also visited the property personally multiple times during the renovation to gather information needed by underwriting so you wouldn’t be burdened with it during your busy schedule. Without going into specifics about your policy, I do want to be clear about one important point: during the time period you referred to as “without insurance,” if anything had happened to your property, we would have worked directly with State Farm to ensure you were fully protected. At no point would we have allowed you to suffer a loss because of an underwriting timing issue. Our intention has always been to act in your best interest and make sure your home was properly covered throughout the renovation process. I would still welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly so I can walk through everything with you and make sure you feel heard and understood.
