"I always have communication issues with this office. They never warn you when your rate is going up, and it will go up, you will only find out when you see the bill. Also I got a new credit card, and even though I entered it into the app and im set up for autopay it didn’t process my new card. Within 24 hours of missing 1 payment they threatened to cancel my service. They also canceled my life insurance after I called to inquire about doing so. Supposedly I signed a document authorizing this cancellation but I have no recollection of doing so and they don’t keep copies of whatever I supposedly signed."

"I spoke to Jacqueline yesterday to make sure I was reading an email sent from State Farm to me about an Auto Pay Program I needed to authorize. As I wasn’t sure what it was for exactly, I called and she confirmed what it was in regards to. She then realized that I still had old addresses linked to my renter’s insurance policy and offered to both update that information and check to see if my new address would offer me a cheaper rate (which it did). She then took a look at my current auto policy to see if there were any discounts I was eligible for - of which there was one. She then applied the discount to update my auto policy to a lower amount per month. Above all of this, she was patient, kind and call about explaining things to me that I didn’t understand. Grateful for human beings like her."
